soup flavored by Tieguanyin Tea
and chest nut
Ingredient:
Tieguanyin Tea: 3g
Pig Ribs, chopped into small pieces: 300 g
Chest nut, peeled: 150 g
Tea: 1 tsp
Procedure:
1. Put tea into 500 cc boiling water for one minute, sift the tea
leaves out, keep the tea soup.
2. Use some other boiling water, put the ribs into it, wash and
clean the pork.
3. Add the pork, chest nut, salt into the tea soup, simmer in
pottery pot for one hour.
4. Serve |
