The Miao people like to use BaBao You Tea to feast their most honored guests. “BaBao” refers to the many kinds of cereal and nuts they use in the tea, such as sun dried corn, soy bean, peanut, rice pancake, tofu and glass noodles. All of the components are fried in hot oil until crisp, and then will be put into a bowl or teacup for the drink.

Then they put water and ginger inside the pot, add garlic and pepper after the water is boiling. At last the drinker put the boiling tea soup into the bowl or cup to mix with the other fried nuts.
