The Legend of XinJiang Fluff Tea

The Fluff Tea is produced in XinJiang, JiangXi Pro. The tea is covered with white tiny hair. When soaked in hot water, the tea is very strong, with a chestnut flavor. There are ten produce procedures from raw tea bud to the final product to make sure this type of tea have a beautiful aspect and nice flavor.

There is a story about this kind of tea: long time ago there lived a beautiful girl. Her parents wanted her to marry with someone she didn't love, therefore she escaped from her home and lived in the mountain in XinJiang. One day, a handsome young man passed by here and was attracted by the flowers on the hillside. Suddenly he saw the most beautiful thing amid the flowers: the young girl was standing inside the flower field. They fell into love and married. Later, the young man get many tea seeds from other place and the couple planted tea trees here. they took a very good care of their trees and soon after this place became famous for its tea. This is what later come to be known as the Fluff Tea.
