ZhuCha, meaning "pearl tea", is a special tea product in ZheJiang Province. The production area includes many towns such as ShaoXing, ZhuJi, XinChang, XiaoShan, ShangYu, YuYao, TianTai, YinXian, FengHua and DongYang. PingShui is a famous town southeast to ShaoXing city. It has been the tea production and trade hub for a long history. Tea planted in other towns will be transfered to Pingshui for detail procession and distribution. Therefore the pearl tea planted in the whole province is called "PingShui ZhuCha".
