the Huai River is the third biggest river in China. The origin of the Huai River is in the Mount TongBai, at the border between HuBei and HeNan Province. The Tea Saint LuYu visited the Huai Origin and called it the No. 9 best water in China.

There has been argument about the exact location of where LuYu inspected and appreciated the Huai Water. It is now believed that the ShuiLian cave is the so-called the No.9 best water. The origin water of Huai River comes out of the gaps between rocks and forms a waterfall. The cave just hides behind the water. That is why it is named ShuiLian (water curtain). Many people get the water in the cave and enjoyed the tea with the fresh and clean water.
