The BaiRu Quan is in the suburb of HuaiYuan in AnHui Province, between the Mount JingShan and Huai River. There are also many historic building within the same area.

The meaning of BaiRu is "white milk". When people put a coin in the spring, it can float on the surface. The water is very refreshing, especially when making tea soup. It is called as the No. seven best spring by the great poet Su Shi in Song Dynasty.
